Terms of Service
These Terms govern reservation coordination and related services provided by OpenLink Co., Ltd.
1. Scope of the service
OpenLink provides medical facility reservation arrangements, multilingual communication support, information organization and related international medical coordination.
2. Reservation request and confirmation
A request or deposit payment does not confirm an appointment. After acceptance by the institution, OpenLink sends a reservation confirmation; the reservation becomes final when this notice is sent.
3. Reservation deposit
The reservation deposit amount, currency, credit toward medical or service fees, and other conditions vary by product. Review the product page and Stripe checkout screen before paying.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations, changes and refunds follow the product-specific conditions and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Customer information
Customers must provide accurate and current information. Missing or inaccurate information may delay or prevent coordination.
6. Medical services
Medical examinations, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions and other medical acts are provided by the medical institution. OpenLink does not make medical decisions or provide medical care.
7. Changes and force majeure
Schedules may change because of disasters, transport disruption, infectious disease measures, institutional operations or other events beyond reasonable control. We will provide available information and coordinate the next step.
8. Website information
Website information is provided for general guidance and does not replace advice or instructions from a medical professional or institution.
9. Intellectual property
Website text, design and other content may not be reproduced or used beyond applicable law without permission.
10. Limitation of responsibility
OpenLink is responsible for providing coordination services with reasonable care. Responsibility for medical services remains with the relevant medical institution, subject to mandatory law.
11. Governing law
These Terms and the service are governed by the laws of Japan, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
