OpenLink Co., Ltd. provides reservation arrangements with medical institutions in Japan, multilingual communication support and related medical coordination services. Diagnosis, examinations, treatment, prescriptions and other medical acts are provided by the respective institutions.

Service fees

Please refer to each product page for the applicable service or checkup course fee. Some online reservation requests require a deposit shown on the product page or checkout screen. Deposit amounts vary by institution, service and course.

Additional charges

Internet and communication charges are the customer's responsibility. Examination, consultation, treatment, additional test and other medical fees may be payable separately unless expressly included on the product page.

Payment methods

Credit cards and other methods shown at checkout are accepted. Stripe processes online payments.

Payment timing

Any reservation deposit is payable when submitting the request, at the amount displayed on the product page or checkout screen. Other fees follow the conditions displayed on the product page or communicated individually.

Reservation deposit

The amount, whether it is credited toward medical or service fees, and other conditions follow the product page or checkout screen. Payment alone does not confirm an appointment.

Reservation confirmation

After receiving a request or deposit, OpenLink coordinates with the institution. Following acceptance by the institution, we communicate the details by email or another designated method. A reservation becomes final when OpenLink sends its confirmation. We may offer alternative dates if the requested date is unavailable.

Service delivery

Reservation arrangements, multilingual communication and related coordination begin as needed after the request is received. Examinations and other medical services are provided by the institution at the confirmed appointment time.

Cancellation and refunds

Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the product-specific conditions and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If coordination fails or a confirmed appointment cannot be provided for reasons not attributable to the customer, we refund the deposit received, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Refunds are generally made through the original payment method.

Medical services

OpenLink is not a medical institution. We provide reservation arrangements, multilingual communication support and related coordination. Diagnosis, examinations, treatment, prescriptions, medical judgment and all other medical acts are performed by the respective institution and medical professionals.
